Please allocate two hours of time for in home service, unless otherwise specified (or choose our pickup and drop-off service).
We specialize in scanning small and medium size photos and files.
Maximum Size: 8.5 x 14 inches (216 x 355.6 mm, legal size)
We can scan anything under our size restriction, however, pricing heavily depends on whether the documents/photos are in good enough condition to run through our automated scanner. If the paper is significantly, bent, crinkled, or fragile, the price will be significantly higher. We are happy to provide a free quote.
Our Industry Standard Quality (300 DPI) is perfect for most needs, including digital viewing, sharing, and standard archiving. If you’re planning to print larger versions of your photos or need extra detail for archival purposes, our High-Detail Preservation (600 DPI) option is a great choice.
While 300 DPI is included in all packages, 600 DPI is available for an additional $0.05 per photo/document. Most clients find 300 DPI more than sufficient, but we’re happy to provide the enhanced resolution if you need it! 600 DPI IS FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME!

Yes, at no additional cost, we will transfer the digital files to your computer, or provide a download link.
Our services are designed for everyone, even if you’ve never used a computer. There’s no need for you to own or operate a computer. We provide an informational flyer to help guide you through the process. We offer an optional MemoryVault Storage service, so you don’t have to worry about losing your files. They’re safely stored, easy to access, and fully backed up.
We understand the importance of protecting your digital files. That’s why we provide every client with an informational flyer detailing best practices for file security. For those who prefer a hands-off approach, we also offer a file security service for an additional cost.
The 3-2-1 backup rule is like a safety net for your important data. It’s a guideline to make sure you’re protected against losing files, no matter what happens. Here’s how it works:

With your consent, we will securely retain a copy of your files for 90 days during the transition period to avoid any potential data loss.
